With more than 10 years of experience as a head coach of private high school basketball. Coach Jackson has the knowledge and leadership skills that has continued to grow throughout the years. Started his coaching journey as an apprentice of former assistant coach for Rice University John Herndon; working closely with him to run his esteemed basketball clinics, teach private sessions, and coach his AAU teams throughout Houston. Coach Jackson is motivated to provide knowledge to his players. He believes that if you are passionate about your craft, that passion will become contagious to anyone that's willing to learn. Being one of the Co-Founders of FAM Elite Men’s Basketball, Coach Jackson played a significant role in the success of the program to where it is today. “Accountability and responsibility are two words that mean the most to me when I am leading these young men through the sport of basketball.” That quote alone speaks to the passion and life skills that Coach Jackson hopes to leave with anyone that he coaches. Coach Justin’s motto is, "I create an atmosphere that expects nothing but the best. If you're willing to be the best, I'm willing to give my best.”
